Matt Dillon Nose Job

American actor and film director Matt Dillon is rumored to have gotten a nose job at a very young age to skyrocket his acting career.

Judging by the before and after images, Dillon, now 49, had a larger, more rounded and somewhat bulbous nose at the tip but now it seems drastically refined and narrow.

On his blog, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn wrote: "Looks like a nice job to me," noting that in Hollywood rhinoplasty may be the most popular plastic surgery operation amongst celebrities.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer was quoted as saying: "Matt Dillon's nose does appear more defined at the tip and have a perfect dorsal angle indicative of a Rhinoplasty. His Rhinoplasty doesn't appear overdone and was a great improvement to his look."

Dr. Paul A. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California claimed: "Matt Dillon does not appear to have had any surgery performed to his nose. His look is natural, and he would not benefit from any work performed to his nose."

Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer revealed: "If Matt Dillon had a nose job, it was very minor and did not make a huge difference."

Conclusion: Matt Dillon had a well-executed nose job as it appears natural and more masculine instead of the tiny and feminine looking noses we sometimes notice on male actors in Hollywood.

What do you think? Did Matt Dillon have a nose job?
