Naya Rivera Releases Directorial Debut "Love, America" (VIDEO)

Naya Rivera released her directorial debut on Tuesday with her short movie "Love, America."

Rivera, 27, directed the film for Welcome.us, the home of Immigrant Heritage Month.

The movie was shot in New York City and Brooklyn earlier this month.

In the film, a mysterious letter is passed along from several people, as each of their immigration histories is unveiled.

Rivera tweeted on June 24 about her new venture: "Had so much fun directing this! Thank you to @Welcome_us. Hope you all enjoy it!"
