Ashley Greene Crack Pipe Allegedly Found In Apartment Fire

According to a new lawsuit filed by the building manager, a glass crack pipe was reportedly found by one of the workers in Ashley Greene's flat after last year's fire.

Just in case you have missed it, Greene's West Hollywood apartment unit burned down in March 2013 after a lit candle ignited fabric. The former "Twilight" star, her brother and rumored boyfriend Ryan Phillippe were all home sleeping at the time, but managed to exit the burning unit. Sadly, one of her dogs died in the blaze. The fire was so severe that a number of other units were also extensively damaged.

The owners and tenants of those units have since filed a lawsuit against Greene, along with the building manager, Adrian Mayorga, who states he suffered permanent respiratory damage in the incident. Celebrity website TMZ has obtained Mayorga's deposition from his lawsuit, in which he claims that a glass crack pipe was found by one of the men cleaning out Greene's apartment after the fire.

Mayorga further reveals that he was the first to notice Greene and the others emerge from the apartment, seeming "disoriented." "They looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something," he said in the sworn testimony. Mayorga further pointed out that in the chaos of the situation: "The only people I saw getting treated was Ashley Greene, her brother Joe Greene, and her - the current boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe."

TMZ, though, reported that Phillippe gave a deposition of his own this week, in which he refuses not only having been at Greene's place at the time of the fire, but insists he had never even been to the flat ever. The star's team never openly commented on reports claiming that he was involved.
